At DKFiveM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Quality Check & Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
